I loved it as soon as you walked in the lobby area, so nice and Starbucks. The front desk staff was so nice and made me feel welcomed. I had an issue with the tv not turning on. I called the front desk, and they sent a tech within 5 mins he was there and fixed the issue with the wires. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.

This was a last minute need for a hotel room on a holiday weekend so my choices were limited. The staff was excellent with my evening check in and also with checking us out a day early. There was a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in room. The a/c worked well. The breakfast room has two good waffle makers, cereal, milk, orange and apple juice, toast, coffee, and black tea. The hotel is old and there has been some updating but the age shows and the area is a bit rundown. Was clean. Room just needed window open n a small deodorizer. A few creepy people maybe because of great price. Pool n jacuzzi was clean. The table n chair area was clean. Cleaning lady always asked if we needed anything but never had sugar for coffee. Stay was great and near restaurants n stores. Quiet area. I would stay again.

Absolutely the WORST hotel I've ever stayed at and I've stayed at hundreds of hotels. Room was overly dirty, poop on the toilet seat, mold in the shower, shower head covered in dirt, towels covered is grim, mattresses had stains, and sheets had BLOOD Stains! Staff was horrible, no care to make an already upset guest happy and admitted that they knew the condition of the hotel was gross exact words were "this is why I travel with my own sheets and towels". He would not provide me with management name or provide me with his name and hotel number. The hotel lobby had broken furniture in it and a bunch of other items that were poor or horrible quality!!!

Cleanliness and value. Close to lots of attractions. bed not bad! No breakfast only coffee and tea since I don't drink either out of luck. Ate alot at In and Out. Bought breakfast foods for am. Stater Bro grocery store and Target close. lots of restaurants close.Birch

I hate to say it but there's a lot of foreign nationals own and run motels, they're cheap, don't spend money to be clean and fix things properly. This motel here is the exception, clean and neat and the low prices keep the place filled. I'd drive a little further for a room here...

The Sheraton smelled clean when we entered. The staff seemed to bend over backwards to make sure we had everything and brought ice to the room. The room was immaculate and quiet but since we were near the elevator we has a little noise, but very little.
